ADHA makes it easy for 2008 SADHA Graduates to become Active members of ADHA . . . at no cost! Simply visit ADHA’s Web site at www.adha.org and login to your SADHA membership record.

Click on the “Convert Now” link and complete the required information.* All you need is your dental hygiene license number! If you have any questions, you may email ADHA Member Services at: member.services@adha.net

*If you do not have access to the Internet, mail your ADHA member ID, license number and state of licensure to: ADHA Member Services, 444 North Michigan Avenue, Suite 3400, Chicago, IL 60611 or call 1/800-243-2342, press 1 between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. central time.

Please note: Active membership status is valid through December 31st of the current membership year. SADHA member graduates will be billed for the following year’s membership dues during the winter billing cycle. To be eligible for Active membership, you must have completed board exams and received your dental hygiene license number.
